    Eastern Erosion Control is proud to have played a role in one of eastern North Carolina’s significant new commercial developments by hydroseeding approximately 307,000 square feet at Nipro’s new manufacturing facility in Greenville, NC.

    As construction of this major commercial facility in Greenville, NC neared completion, Eastern Erosion Control was brought in to hydroseed approximately 307,000 square feet of disturbed ground. Using a Bermuda and fescue seed blend, our team provided the vegetation establishment needed to promote erosion control, stabilize soils, and create a healthy, durable turf cover for the site.     4 Acres of Bermuda Hydroseeding for Erosion Control in North Raleigh

    At Eastern Erosion Control, we recently completed a 4-acre Bermuda hydroseeding project in the Olde Creedmoor neighborhood in North Raleigh, NC. The goal of this project was to stabilize the area and help prevent ongoing washouts and erosion issues across the property. Before hydroseeding began, we carefully prepared the site to give the seed the best possible chance for successful growth and long-term stabilization. We thoroughly raked the entire area to improve seed-to-soil contact, an important step that helps promote healthier germination and more even coverage. (more…)
